Dr. Tiare White's Enlightening Talk "Build Your Own Home Pharmacy" is a practical guide to heal yourself at home while on a limited budget. All attendees will receive Dr. White's 10-page E-book on the same topic.

Theresa Pino is a seasoned body worker and lighter worker who will share practical self-healing tips for your mind, body, and spirit.

Cat Crow will sprinkle some humor into our evening's gathering.

Feel your heart strings sweetly strummed and played by the lovely Jasmine who reminds us how young and tender our hearts truly are when we're living in complete peace and harmony within.

Your host, Liza F. Camba (Sat-Akal), will remind you that the sacred is not something to remember from a distant past, but is something to acknowledge having it's way with you each and every day.

Cost: The Suggested Donation is $22, with a sliding scale starting at $15-35.

How To Prepare.

• Arrive a few minutes early so you don't miss anything and out of respect for the speaker and other guests.
• Be in an environment free of distractions.
• Have your headset, earphones, or good speakers (aside from your built-in computer speakers) available to listen to the presentations and to have a good experience during the sound bath immersion.
• Set the mood by lighting a candle. If you want to anchor all 4 "Sacred Directions" with us, have 4 candles.
• You'll be invited to journal for a few minutes during the gathering and you may want to write down other notes for yourself after the event.
• Have layers of clothing available, blankets, pillows, and maybe a glass of water or tea to drink nearby.
• Be near your bed or have a yoga mat, sleeping bag, carpet, someplace comfy for you to layout during the sound bath experience.
• Enjoy!

Guest Presenter: Dr. Tiare White

DR. TIARE WHITE is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine who uses food, herbs, functional medicine and mind-body techniques to treat acute  and chronic health issues. Tiaregraduated from Yo San University of Chinese Medicine, completed her doctorate at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, and has post graduate specializations in women's health and emotional well-being. She worked in film and television as a producer on many health transformation shows before making her transition into medicine. She is inspired to be a resource for accessible root-cause healing in our local and global community. 

Comedy by Cat Crow

CAT CROW is a stand up comedian and storyteller. She co-hosts and produces Scorpio Show Comedy, a backyard variety show in Echo Park. She also hosts and produces Yes Really Stories, a storytelling show featuring funny stories from some of LA's best comics.

The Body by Theresa Pino

TREE PINO aka Narayan Meher is dedicated to helping people heal in a holistic way by combining western and eastern remedies, resetting the mind and body for optimal health. She helps her clients improve by applying ergonomics in the simplest of tasks like getting up and into chairs, to creating greater range of motion, to utilizing orthopedic tests, nerve facilitation stretches, neuromuscular therapy, and enhancing treatments with reiki. Theresa works closely with a chiropractor and healthcare team in one of L.A.’s top gyms to form the perfect exercises based on any condition. Soon she will be teaching kundalini yoga and incorporating that into her physical therapy practice. The crystal singing bowls are an extension of her healing work.
