How To Prepare.
  • VERY IMPORTANT!  Have your headset, earphones  (<--PREFERRED!), or good add-on computer speakers available to listen to the presentations and to have a good experience during the sound bath immersion.  Past audience feedback has stated a headset or earphones create the most ideal sound bath experience; Listening just from built-in computer speakers is less desirable.
  • Create a sacred atmosphere for yourself by lighting a candle.  4 Candles would be ideal.
  • Please bring a journal and have it handy for writing notes during or after our gathering.
  • Arrive a few minutes early so you don't miss anything and out of respect for the speaker and other guests.
  • Be in an environment free of distractions.
  • Have layers of clothing available, blankets, pillows, and maybe a glass of water or tea to drink nearby.
  • Be near your bed or have a yoga mat, sleeping bag, carpet, someplace comfy for you to layout during the sound bath experience. 
  • Come with an open mind -- ready to receive and allow Love to support you!
