Thank you for co-creating our upcoming LUMINESCENCE on March 21st, with us!  
March is women's month so this month we're honoring The Healing Power of Women!

LUMINESCENCE keeps changing and evolving.  For this round we're inviting an all-female sound ensemble, all-female presenters, and all-female holistic business owners to amplify our message AND also to share the SAME space for all the performances, presentations, and vending. This is the first time we're doing this at this scale.. so we're super excited!

​Also, we want to make this the BEST LUMINESCENCE ever so we're circulating discounted tickets to all of you to share with your friends, family, students, community, and network. For every discounted ticket you sell, you will receive $10. And folks, these ticket prices are a steal of a deal.. only 2 for $40!  The price for a movie and popcorn doesn't come close to what we're putting together at Luminescence... so it's an amazing and no-brainer sell. AND... the earning potential for you can be anywhere between $50-$100 depending on if you are vending,  presenting, or performing, just by spreading the word. This is our way of saying thank you for helping us build LUMINESCENCE, staying true to our roots as an organic movement, growing from the inside out.

Also, The PRE-SALE rate is up until March 7th... so tickets are only $20 until they gradually increase upward to $45 during the day of the event.

As a co-creator of LUMINESCENCE, we ask that you please spread the word about the MARCH 21 LUMINESCENCE!....At least ONE post per week on social media (Facebook is our preference), and TWO-THREE posts the last week of March 21st.

​THE DAY'S SCHEDULE
  • Doors open to the public at 6PM.
  • Vending starts at 6pm-7pm.
  • The SHOW runs from 7pm-9pm.
  • Doors will close to the public by 7:10pm.. no late admittance will be allowed. This is a rule we have strictly enforced and will continue to enforce, so please tell your guests.
  • All Vendors should arrive between 4-5PM and ready to share your offerings by 6pm when the doors open.
  • All Performers / Speakers / Presenters should arrive by 4PM-5PM and no later than 5PM. We will do mic check and need to make sure everything is in order. First-timers need to find parking and get situated inside the space with many other moving parts happening inside the main room. Some of you are presenters AND Vendors, so that extra time is definitely needed. LUMINESCENCE is a big operation with lots of little details, so please arrive on time. If you find yourself with nothing to do, you can connect with other  presenters, vendors, offer a helping hand, or hangout in the nearby coffeeshop one block away. I have had a near heart-attack with a sound healer arriving 5 minutes before the show...and one who arrived 5 minutes AFTER start time... which is just not acceptable. This is just not the vibe we are trying to create. LUMINESCENCE isn't just any event to just show up to 5 minutes before or afterwards. We are a community and anyone who's been part of LUMINESCENCE can attest the excitement and joy to be together in this journey. There is A LOT of love, heart, intention, prayer, meditation, and vision behind LUMINESCENCE. I have personally tuned-in to each one of you that is part of the night, and the vision you are saying yes to with your personal creations is included in what LUMINESCENCE is wanting to support and amplify. A key aspect of LUMINESCENCE is "community" so arriving early, getting yourself settled in, and adding to the positive and helpful vibe creates that community. (Thank you so much)
  • We will end our performance piece roughly by 9pm-9:10pm, and then open the space for continued vending, sharing yummy drinks, and building community through creating a fun, social atmosphere through 10:30pm.. and if it feels like we need more time, we can go until 11pm.  
  • We must absolutely pack up as early as 10:30pm (or if there is significant lingering and purchasing going on, we can permit 11pm the latest time to start packing up/cleaning up.)
  • We must vacate The York Manor by 11:30pm.. leaving it clean and spotless.

IF YOU REQUIRE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE, please let me know. We will have a number of volunteers on-site helping us with the event, plus our amazing Staffer Tajae will be a good person to reach out to as well who can support you.
