​Thank you so much for joining us at Luminescence.
It's going to be great and I'm so glad you're co-creating the experience with us!

I have 4 requests to ask you...

1.) Please arrive to set-up between 5-6pm, no later than 6pm.

We open our doors to the public at 6:30pm so it would be best to have you set up by that time, or if you don't have a lot to set-up, it would be great for you to at least know where you will be sitting for your services/products.  I will be multi-tasking that hour so your cooperation with this is very much appreciated. If you're done early, there's some nice coffeeshops/cafes 1 block away or you can just hang out with us!

2.) Re: your vending payment, please have CASH handy in exact change at the event. Preferably in an enclosed envelope would be so very helpful!  We will issue you a hand-written receipt  before the end of the night.

​3.) Join us for a Vendor Phone Call tomorrow night if you're available, Tuesday, Sept. 11th @ 10:30pm.  I will answer questions and go over TIPS on how to best maximize your experience at Luminescence (your marketing efforts before and during the event, etc). The call will be pre-recorded in case you miss it!:

Each of you gets 1 EXTRA COMPED TICKET to give to someone who might be helping you at your booth with your service/product.  We will need to know their name before the 23rd..sooner than later would be great, thanks!
