4 SHIFTS 

​DEAR KARMA YOGI / VOLUNTEER.. Thank you so much for helping us make this day a success! We so appreciate it!

SHIFT #1:
​6:30AM - 11AM
  • This is the most important shift because we will establish the ease and flow for the day. 
  • ​It is very important you arrive on time.
  • Helping set-up for the table. 
  • Helping vendors set-up
  • Directing traffic
  • Helping setup registration table and raffle area 
  • Signage
  • One main person to monitor the raffle area (be enthusiastic, guide people with their choices, receive monies, etc.)
  • 1-2 people helping in backyard to monitor bracelets/backdoor
  • we need to make sure the registration table is manned and we have 1 person at the front door to check bracelets.
  • Checking-in presenters and their guests (+1)
  • Checking-in attendees/receiving payments/handing out raffle questionnaire
  • Directing attendees where their workshops are

SHIFT #2:
​11AM - 3:30PM
  • Similar to the first shift, the difference is that we expect activity around 12:30pm for the 1pm-3pm featured panel, so we need to make sure the registration table is manned and we have 1 person at the front door to check bracelets.
  • One main raffle point person
  • 1-2 people in backyard
  • 3 people inside
  • 1-2 people helping at registration table

​SHIFT 3:
​3:30PM - 7:30PM
  • This is the second MOST important shift, for the sound bath portion
  • Similar to the 2nd shift with special attention to the sound bath line that will start to be form around 6pm. Doors open at 630pm. Doors close at 710pm
  • 2 people helping at registration table checking people into the sound bath ; 1 person at the entryway to keep count - a bracelet is needed in order to get into the sound bath; Making sure to keep count as we can only allow 200 people into the space max.
  • One main raffle point person (Raffle ends at 630PM)
  • 1 person in backyard
  • 2-3 people inside helping guide traffic / where people are laying down their mat

SHIFT #4  / LAST SHIFT:
7:30PM - 10PM; 10PM-11PM
- We will need a 3 people to keep an eye on the doors and to be strategically located to guide people.. bathroom area, etc.. basically be the eyes/ears of the event and make sure attendees are ok
- 2 people to help guide people in the space in a way that is  efficient and keeps people moving and in order, and to do so in a timely manner since we open doors at 630pm and close them promptly at 7:10PM
- Help turn down the lights at the start of the event and turn them up at the end of the sound bath
- Help Kuusela and Marc distribute the herbal tea at the end of the sound bath
- Help to pack up and tear down the whole show (inside and outside) at 10pm-11pm (sound instruments, tables, banners, signage, cups, everything to get the venue back in order.)

RAFFLE Table
We Need 3 PEOPLE (1 person per shift) to be entirely dedicated to manning the Raffle tables -
Selling, receiving money, getting people interested, etc. This shift may or may not offer support to the Registration Table as well if it gets busy.
