DESCRIPTIONS Luminescence: Sacred Sound Event WHAT IS IT? Luminescence is a self-love immersion and journey into sound healing. Liza's sound baths are a sacred gathering of community, creativity, connection, deep relaxation, and transformation. Each month features a different set of sound healers sharing unique healing sound vibrations. Every session starts with a grounding, intention-setting ritual that draws from ancient and intuitive wisdom. The gongs' vibration deepens your sense of relaxation and facilities your drift to a deep inner space. Luminescence is an invitation to put your mind at rest, and to welcome the loving energies of the Universe to hold you as you let yourself drift into a peaceful slumber. Join us every month! Mahal and Air Mahal WHAT IS IT? Mahal means Love. "The Mahal Experience with Liza" is a whole new dimension of self-healing and transformation. People who experience Mahal report having immediate or gradual shifts and healings on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and karmic level. One mahal co-creator/participant had this to say, "within one hour of my session, my left eye blindness due to diabetic bleeding was restored 80%." A multi-dimensional, heart-centered energy exchange, drawing from ancient and intuitive wisdom. In the second part of each circle, participants are invited to experience the Mahal frequency of healing. Because of the elaborate preparation for this intimate circle, it is strongly advised to RSVP in advance. HOW CAN YOU EXPERIENCE THIS CIRCLE? Consciousness Circles are being offered at different times to various yoga studios and private households. It is best to contact Liza directly or contact the partner studio (listed) to find out when the next circle is being held. You can also host a Circle with your closest friends and family at your own home. Call/email Liza for details. Abundance + Visioning Workshop WHAT IS IT? Signature Workshop Series that incorporates various grounding meditations, law of attraction exercises, and prosperity wheels. A popular series at the start of every year! Love & Money Workshop WHAT IS IT? This popular Signature Workshop is a 5-hour immersion; 4 hours with the group and an additional one hour that is scheduled privately, one-on-one. Enter a new relationship to Love and Money and become transformed and empowered in your overall relationships, work, and financial success. HOW CAN YOU EXPERIENCE THIS WORKSHOP? Liza offers this workshop to organizations and companies with at least 8 staff and studios and groups that can bring together a minimum of 8 participants. More participants are welcome and we ask that there be an "even" number of attendees. This is a deeply transformative workshop that requires careful preparation on Liza's part.
