Be in a setting that is free of distractions where you can be 100% focused on your session. For sessions by phone or Zoom or other video conferencing platform, we encourage you to wear a good set of earphones or airpods as the sound quality tends to be better than by using your phone or computer speakers only.

You're welcome to take notes during your session so a pad of paper and writing utensils ready is a good idea.
Also, having some water to drink during your session is encouraged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We highly discourage cancellations, but if you must reschedule, we require 24 hours notice. We will consider a  "no-show" as you having your session without attendance, and in this case refunds will not be honored.
