Hi there, I'm Liza! And welcome to the latest evolution of my life's work The Sacred Yes. I'm honored that you would take the time to visit and see what I'm about and how I can support you.
In 2006, I decided to make a huge change from my previous lifestyle that would set me on a whole new course of life. I came to the realization that I was done fighting uphill battles, including settling for a career in politics that was partially rewarding with a lifestyle that was taking a toll on my mind, body, and spirit. I needed a paradigm shift. So I switched lanes. In 2009, I adopted the name "Sat-Akal," which means "undying truth" in the kundalini yoga tradition. It's been a liberating journey on so many levels and I'm both grateful and honored to be able to support others on a similar quest - those daring to say Yes to themselves and to express their authentic truth. I want to live in a world where more of us are expressing our authentic truth, creating new possibilities and solutions, and creating and thriving from a place of joy and self-fulfillment. Don't get me wrong... I've had my share of eye-opening experiences... Setbacks... where I pulled myself out of illness and toxic situations, Surviving near death, and Saw the shadow side of humanity that words cannot even describe... And.. I also converted - from running on survival mode to thriving mode. I draw on my real world knowledge, training, education, and intuitive wisdom to truly meet you where you are and to guide you to where you want to go. This motto keeps me going and growing: "If there's a will, there's a way." Through The Sacred Yes, be heard, truly - AND, experience some of the most profound insights, tools, and teachings for self-empowerment, healing, and success. My mission is simple: to support you to create and live the best life you can imagine. In all my adventures, dealings, learnings, and living with people from all walks of life locally and internationally - I've found that one of the toughest jobs for a human being on this planet is truly creating and actualizing a hugely magnificent and authentic life versus settling... And for those who do succeed, an overwhelming number of them had at least one faithful person championing them from the sidelines. I'm committed to supporting you being a true Master Creator for your own life. My working style can be described as direct, sincere, experiential, experimental, inquisitive, bold, fearless, sometimes spontaneous, deeply spiritual, delightful, artistic, and always loving. I make the conscious effort to appeal to various learning styles, to listen deeply beyond the surface, and to respectfully support individuals to come to their own while also stretching themselves to new edges. What are you saying YES to? What do you want to create? The BEST way to ensure self-love and success - is to CREATE IT. If you're interested in gaining crystalized clarity, transforming the biggest blocks that are in your way to greatness, or exploring how transformational coaching can support you to embrace a life of freedom, I suggest scheduling a free personal breakthrough session. You can do that here. I look forward to meeting you! To Your Highest Truth, With Love, Liza*Sat-Akal |
